Viruses, hacking and other offences

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Singapore.

Variations
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.

Restricted Goods
Senders are responsible to comply with rules and regulations of laws in Singapore and courier only Safe and Legal commodities/goods with Jvpost. 
In the event if any of below restricted items have been consigned to Jvpost, the sender shall be held responsible for all claims, damages and expenses involved.
With knowledge of such items in violation to the stated conditions, Jvpost shall have the right to undertake further actions thereon.
To ensure the compliance of this clause, Jvpost assigned drivers shall have the right to inspect the package consigned by senders. Senders shall account for the full fare of delivery should Jvpost refuse to accept and courier items in the restricted list.
 

Drugs 
Stolen goods
Expensive or rare products (at your own risk) 
Dangerous items (weapons, explosives, flammable, etc)
Any items that you are not authorized to send 
Extreme fragile items
(In case of sender packages are sealed or not able to assess the item condition, sender shall be held full responsibility) 

Delivery contractor responsibility
Delivery contractor with an assigned job that has car or bike must have a valid driver's license, and either lease or own a car/bike.

Deadline-awareness, reliability and flexibility are attributes that Jvpost's delivery contractor must have. Our delivery contractors are expected to protect confidential information and treat all points of contact with the same respect and professional manner in which he/she treats our customers.
Jvpost’s delivery contractors are responsible for goods up to it reaches the receiver. Any damage or breakage en route is in the responsibility of the delivery contractor.
Assigned delivery contractors shall have the right to inspect the package consigned by senders and have the right to refuse or accept courier items which have been damaged or restricted goods.
Delivery contractors will be responsible to delivery items to receiver within the required timeline, any losses incurred due to not meeting the timeline they will be held responsible.
Delivery contractors will be responsible for assessing courier items' compliance with the rules and regulations of laws in Singapore and that the items are Safe and Legal commodity/goods. 
In case of customer/sender's packages are sealed or unable to assess the condition, customer/sender shall be held full responsibility.
