What is Jvpost.com?
Jvpost is a same day delivery service made available in Singapore. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us to schedule your delivery with Jvpost. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive another email updating on the Driver's particulars.

How do I qualify for Same-Day Delivery?
To ensure your order is eligible for Delivery, check that all necessary information are provided for our drivers to ensure your items are collected and delivered within the designated time frame to the correct address.
Same-Day Delivery is available in all areas within Singapore with options via Website, iPhone or Android Apps to place order.
Please note: We will not be responsible for any damages to your parcel upon delivery if drivers were to collect a sealed parcel without the possibility to assess item upon collection

When will my order be delivered?
Orders must be placed two hours in advance between 8am to 11pm on Mondays to Sundays excluding Public holidays. Orders placed after the cut off time at 9pm will be delivered on the next working day. All parcels require signatory on driver’s mobile phone upon delivery arrival. To track your Same-Day Delivery order, you may log on to www.jvpost.com (Website/iPhone/Android)

What should I do if I'm running late or won't be home in time for my delivery?
You can contact the driver directly where the information can be retrieved on your logged in page in jvpost.com to either reschedule the delivery or if possible arrange to have it delivered to you at a convenient location. You can also contact our Customer Service hotline +65 6822 2206 for alternative arrangement.

How do I reschedule my delivery time?
To reschedule your delivery, contact our Customer Service at +65 6822 2206 during our business hours or contact the driver directly where the information can be located on your logged in page in jvpost.com

How do I change or cancel my Same Day Delivery?
You have 15 minutes to change or cancel your Same
Day Delivery order after you have placed it.  For more details, please contact our Customer Service hotline +65 6822 2206 during our business hours or email us enquiries@jvpost.com

What are the Delivery fees for Jvpost.com Same-Day Delivery?
Delivery Fees are based on Postal Code Address (consists CBD areas surcharge) + (Weight) / "Choose Packages" Option + “Collection Slot” and Delivery Slot” and/or optional “Two Way Standard” Slots.
Please note: The Pickup and Collection time, address and contact information must be accurate in order for our drivers to complete the service at your request.

What if no one is home to receive the parcel?
In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery package, JV’s driver or Customer Service will contact the recipient directly to take further instructions.
(Note: 15 mins grace period will be given when driver arrives before a reschedule is made at an additional charge)

Special Requirement? 
For any special requests for your delivery, please indicate and highlight to our drivers after completion of your booking request in
“Notes for driver”. 

What can be couriered with Jvpost?
Safe and Legal commodities in compliance with rules and regulations of laws in Singapore. 

What is restricted from delivery with Jvpost? 
Drugs 
Stolen goods
Expensive or rare products (at your own risk) 
Dangerous items (weapons, explosives, flammable, etc)
Any items that you are not authorized to send 
Extreme fragile items   

In the event that any of above restricted items have been consigned to JVpost, the sender shall be held responsible for all claims, damage and expense involved. With knowledge of such items in violation to the stated conditions, JVpost shall have the right to undertake further actions thereon.
To ensure the compliance of this clause, JVpost shall have the right to inspect the package consigned by sender. Senders shall be accounted for the full fare of delivery should JVpost refuse to accept and courier items listed in the restricted column. 

What happen if I’m not available when the delivery contractor arrives?
You may view your logged in panel (Website or Mobile Apps), look for delivery contractor contact and thereon coordinate how to have your parcel collected. Alternatively, you may want to contact Jvpost Customer Service at our hotline +65 6822 2206 for further assistance.

If my delivery contractor did not arrive within required timeframe or did not show up?
If the delay, incomplete job or no show occurred due to our mistake, we will be responsible to schedule for a redelivery. At the same time, you may contact Jvpost Customer Service hotline +65 6822 2206 available Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm or email us at enquiries@jvpost.com.

How do I contact my assigned delivery contractor?
Your assigned driver information can be found in detail panel on both website and mobiles Apps. For further enquiries, you may contact Jvpost Customer Service hotline +65 6822 2206 available Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm or email us at enquiries@jvpost.com.

How can I check my delivery status?
You will receive email notifications and will be able to view it on your logged in panel once your request has been accepted by our delivery contractors.
